Tuna Steak with Tomato

This is an interesting twist on a classic tuna steak, and to those wary over tuna – a steak tastes (and smells) completely different to the canned stuff.

Ingredients (serves 2)

1 slice of wholemeal bread, 50g of sundried tomatoes, 1 clove of garlic, 2 tuna steaks, basil leaves

How to make it

  • Pre-heat the oven to 180C
  • Blend the tomatoes, basil, oil and bread until fine.
  • Place the steaks on a oiled baking sheet.
  • Press half of the breadcrumb mixture onto each steak.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
