Orange Cous Cous

Cous cous is a lovely ingredient, and you can make some fantastic twists on it at home without buying a ready made pack. Try this one for size.

Ingredients (serves 2)

100g cous cous, 50ml of boiling water, 150ml orange juice, 8 chopped leaves of mint

How to make it

  • Allow the cous cous to stand in the boiling water for around 3 minutes.
  • Pour in the orange juice, and stand for a further 5 minutes, until all the juice has been absorbed.
  • Add the mint and serve.
