A lovely little recipe to make something interesting out of an ingredient you might be using often.
Ingredients (serves 2)
Pinch of ground coriander, 30g of breadcrumbs, 1/2 chopped onion, 175g of minced lamb, 2 tbsp fresh mint (chopped), 1 egg yolk, 1/2 tsp of mustard, splash of Worcestershire sauce, splash of lemon juice, red pepper
How to make it
- Add all of the ingredients, aside from the peppers, into a blender and wait until just combined.
- Make 10-12 balls, and add balls and chopped pepper to skewers (to your preference). Chill for 1 hour.
- Fry in a pan for 10 minutes.
