With the classic toastie being a popular meal throughout the country, why not add some omega 3 to the dish for your pregnancy?
Ingredients (serves 1)
2 sardines, 1 tsp of lemon juice, bread, 1/4 red pepper, cheese
How to make it
- Take the sardines and lemon juice, and mash together with a fork.
- Spread it over one slice of bread and add the pepper and cheese (to your preference)
- Top with the other slice of bread, and place in the toastie maker!
