Chinese Beef Stir Fry
This easy to make stir fry is so tasty, and a great treat when you fancy cooking something quickly.
Ingredients (serves 2)
2 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp of hoisin sauce, 1tbsp of water, cornflour, 2 tbsp sesame oil, a good dollop of honey, 220g of sliced steak, 1/2 a pepper, 1/2 a small red onion, 60g of baby corn, a handful of mange tout, 2 nests of noodles
How to make it
- Mix the hoisin, soy, water together and add some cornflour to make it smooth.
- In a wok add the sesame oil and honey along with the beef. Fry on a high heat quickly cook the beef until cooked.
- Remove the beef, and add the remaining ingredients to the pan. Cook to your taste, whether that be soft or crunchy, and then add the beef and the sauce. Stir.
- Boil the noodles and serve alongside the stir fry.
