Devilled Mushrooms
If you love mushrooms then you’ll be amazed by this little concotion.
Ingredients (serves 1)
12g of butter, 150g sliced button mushrooms, a couple of splashes of Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 tsp of dijon mustard, 3 tbsp of creme fraiche, half a toasted muffin
How to make it
- Heat the frying pan and melt the butter.
- Add the mushrooms and cook for around 6-8 minutes.
- Add the sauce and mustard, remove from the heat and add the creme fraiche.
- Add the muffin to a plate and top with the mushrooms.
