A really simple recipe for those who love tomatoes and cheese – yes of course you can still enjoy things whilst you’re pregnant.
Two large sliced tomatoes, two slices of cheddar, 1 muffin (split), salt and pepper
How to make it
- Pre heat the grill on the highest temperature. Add the tomatoes to a baking tray or grill pan.
- Turn over the tomatoes once slightly cooked and place cheese on top, grill for 4-6 minutes.
- Toast muffins, and place cheesy tomatoes on top.
- Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
