Raspberry and Blackberry Crumble

A lovely treat which also provides you with some great fruit! You’ll be the envy of all your friends if you serve this up.

Ingredients (serves 4)

175g of plain flour, 75g of butter (cubed), 25g of porridge oats, 10g of almonds, 50g of brown sugar, 225g of blackberries, 225 of raspberries, 3 tbsp of caster sugar

How to make it

  • Pre-heat the oven to 200C
  • Add the flour and butter into a bowl, and rub together. Once it has a look like breadcrumbs add the remaining ingredients aside from the berries and caster sugar.
  • Add the berries to a shallow dish, sprinkle with caster sugar and top with the crumble.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes.
