This Mexican recipe is a nice alternative to the fajitas which you might be more familiar with.
Ingredients (serves 1)
Salsa, a large wrap, 100g of chicken breast, 50g of cheese
How to make it
- Slice the chicken up and cook in a frying pan until golden.
- Spread the salsa over a wrap, and add the chicken and cheese.
- Fold the wrap and add to a frying pan.
- Cook until golden underneath for 3 minutes, then flip over and cook for a further 3 minutes until crisp.
