You could make this dish with leftovers at Christmas, but turkey is available in your shops all year round! A lovely tasty dish for you.
Ingredients (serves 2)
30ml of mirin, 20ml of soy sauce, 1 tsp of lime zest, 2 tsp of grated ginger, splash of lime juice, 2 turkey breasts or sliced cold turkey
How to make it
- Mix together the mirin, soy, lime zest, juice and ginger in a bowl.
- Cover the turkey with the mixture and place in the fridge.
- Grill the turkey for 3-4 minutes on each side, or fry and continue to stir constantly if using leftovers.
